Oh my goodness…my Dad sent me this PPT and I almost fainted seeing some of the pictures. I had fear of heights running through my veins…you really oughta take a few minutes and check out these pics. I believe there is a SERMON in here somewhere. I will think this through and maybe be preaching it in a pulpit near you…UNTIL THEN IF YOU HAVE ANY IDEAS FOR SERMONS THAT RELATE TO THESE PICS, THEN PASS THEM ON. I WOULD LOVE TO HEAR WHAT YOU THINK…
Hint: If you have some inspirational music turn it on while you look at the slide show. Like the theme song for Rocky, Indiana Jones or the 2001 Space Oddysey theme song.

Always on the precipice…We could slip and fall any minute if it were not for the hand of God holding and guiding us.
These pictures give a visual to the feelings we felt while living over seas away from our familiar American culture. All cozy at home with our familiar routines we are lulled into thinking we are safe from slipping, falling, drifting away, crashing, etc. Spiritual warfare doesn’t seem real and tangible – but it is real and without abiding in the Lord we are in just such a scary place as we feel looking at these pictures.
