I love this: CHARACTER & COMPETENCE. A great Minister/Leader/Pastor/Christian Businessman/Teacher/Housewife is a building up of both Character & Competence. WE have for too long said a good Minister and such is to know the Bible, Pray and Love God…but that is one part of David’s leadership style…Integrity of his heart. We need men and women who have skillful hands. We need men and women who are leaders that grow in leadership.
